5 steps every entrepreneur must take to build their business
First let me start off by saying that having a business is by far not easy. However it is the most challenging and rewarding things you’ll ever do for yourself. No amount of books or preparation can truly prepare you for this. It’s like giving birth to a child or being a first time mom. It doesn’t matter how many books you’ve read or advice received. Rolling up your sleeves and getting in the trenches day in and out, processes of trial and error and so much more but to top it off here are my 5 big ones:
1) You must have a passion
2) You must have a valid idea that you know people will need and want your services or products
3) Education. Educating yourself is key both formal and non traditional. You will be forever learning and educating when it comes to your business if you want to stay in business and be successful
4) Define your target market. Who will you be serving??
5) Determine what you will need to start your business and get the ball rolling
